Eco Move-In Market

On move-in day, you might want to head to IKEA or the mall. But first, try swinging by the Eco Move-in Market. It's a pop-up thrift store right here in residences, so you can pick up any clothes and household items you need to start the year right. Plus you will be supporting campus sustainability and one of our favourite community organizations at the same time.

What's available to buy?

There will be hundreds of high-quality second-hand goods to browse through, including:

  • Clothing for all seasons

  • Shoes for all seasons
  • Accessories
  • Backpacks

Plus lots of kitchenware, such as:

  • Pots & pans for cooking

Part of a sustainable lifestyle

Buying second-hand is good for your wallet, your community, and the environment. All of the items for sale at the Eco Move-in Market are used goods donated by students leaving residences in the spring. Supporting the market is a way to close the loop on recycling.

Organised by the Office of Sustainability and Residence Services, in partnership with Goodwill.
